What is CrossFit? It is constantly varied, functional movements performed at high intensity. What does that mean? It means you will be moving your body with exercises like push-ups, sit-ups, and squats. Lifting things like dumbbells, barbells, and kettlebells. Getting your heart rate up by running, jumping and rowing. Origin Fitness combines all of these types of exercises to create a high intensity workout that improves all of 10 domains of fitness, cardio, stamina, strength, flexibility, power, speed, coordination, agility, balance, and accuracy.

Our class structure is 100% coach led. We lead you through a warm-up, movement preparation, coach you during the workout, and lastly, lead you through the cool down. Our holistic approach to training provides an exceptional fitness experience.
